Hey Dave, I just got bit by the bug, dagnabbit... we were trying to save drafting views out with the "save to library" function and got the message "Unspecified error". We had actually been working in RST4, and the same problem is happening there as well! So I downloaded the new build and reinstalled. There's a thread running on the subject on the AUGI RST forum in case anyone wants more info.

It says it "improves stability" which sounds kind of nebulous. What's going on here?
Have you heard any other specifics. I just installed SP3 and don't want to uninstall and reinstall again if I do not need to do it.
It looks like we just need to watch out if upgrading older projects, and with editing groups.
